ESTRATEGIAS EN TECNOLOGIA DE INFORMACION, SA de CV hereinafter referred to as “ETISA,” with address at Av. Insurgentes Sur, 1647, Col. San José Insurgentes, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, Mexico City, CP 03900, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its regulations, and other applicable regulations, issues this Privacy Notice directed at individuals interested in our services, with the aim of informing them about the handling of their personal data.

 

1. Acceptance of the Privacy Notice

By providing their contact information to ETISA, interested parties accept that their data will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice. If they do not agree with the processing of their data, they must communicate this in writing to the company’s administration department at privacidad@etisa.com.mx.

The personal data that will be collected includes, among others:

– Subject to be addressed. 

– Resumes (in case of applying to our job openings).

ETISA is responsible for the collection, use, protection, and processing of the personal data provided on the website, in compliance with the LFPDPPP.

 

4. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

Primary purposes: 

– To contact users interested in our services to provide information and/or coordinate meetings to present our service portfolio. 

– To evaluate candidates applying through our job openings. 

 

Secondary purposes: 

– To send relevant information about services, promotions, or updates related to ETISA.

5. Options to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data

Interested parties may request that the use or disclosure of their personal data be limited by submitting a written request to ETISA’s administration department at privacidad@etisa.com.mx or at the previously mentioned address.

 

6. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the LFPDPPP. To exercise these rights, you can send your request to our personal data department via email: privacidad@etisa.com.mx. Your request must contain the following information: 

– Full name of the holder. 

– Copy of an official identification. 

– Clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you wish to exercise any ARCO rights. 

– Any other element that facilitates locating the data. 

 

We will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days, as stipulated in Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.

 

7. Data Transfer to Third Parties

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except in cases provided for by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable legal provisions.

 

8. Modifications to the Privacy Notice

ETISA reserves the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, in compliance with Chapter II of the LFPDPPP. Such modifications will be available through our website https://www.etisa.com.mx.

9. Acceptance and Signature

By filling out the form and submitting your data, I grant my consent for the processing of my personal data in accordance with the terms established in this document and in the Privacy Notice provided by ETISA.
